I am… sorta healthy?
Posted in Random Nonsense on 02/20/2008 09:42 pm by toriWell, I got back from the doctor, and the results of my CT scan showed no abnormalities - except for the fact that my thymus gland which is supposed to shrivel up at puberty did not. This means no sarcoidosis! The wacky thymus is probably what they saw on the x-ray and mistook for the hallmark of sarcoidosis - swollen lung lymph nodes.
There’s still something up with me bacterially, so I need to take a third round of antibiotics, and some steroids. But after that I should be ok! Well, as ok as I get.
